Simon THE FOUNDER

DonDonGo began with a simple problem.

Founder Simon Zhao wanted to help his uncle.

His uncle runs a small farm where he raises chickens, ducks, and geese the traditional way — with time, care, and patience. The animals grow naturally, and the food they produce is fresh and high quality.

But like many small farmers, his uncle faced a common challenge:

He knew how to raise good food.
He didn’t know how to sell it.

There were no easy ways for small farms to reach customers directly. Most local families who wanted fresh poultry and eggs simply didn’t know where to find them.

Simon began helping his uncle sell these farm-raised products to friends and local communities. What started as a small effort quickly grew. People loved the quality of the food and began asking for more.

Soon, the idea expanded.

Simon realized the same challenge existed for many food businesses — small farms, local restaurants, and bubble tea shops often struggled to connect with customers who wanted authentic Chinese food and fresh ingredients.

At the same time, customers were searching for these foods but didn’t always
know where to find them.

That gap became the beginning of DonDonGo.
